Die inzet omvat onder andere de invoering van het vrouwenquotum voor bedrijven. Dit quotum bestaat om de kloof tussen het aantal vrouwen en mannen in uiteenlopende functies te verkleinen. In de bedrijfswereld vindt discriminatie vooral op plaats op basis van afkomst, huidskleur en geslacht.<\/p>\n<p>Zo worden personen van bijvoorbeeld Aziatische afkomst benadeeld en vinden mensen vanwege hun huidpigmentatie minder snel een job ondanks hun competenties. Daarnaast worden vrouwen bijvoorbeeld oneerlijk of onrechtvaardig behandeld tijdens het rekruteringsproces.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Gendergelijkheid in Belgi\u00eb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We zijn in Belgi\u00eb goed op weg naar een meer inclusieve werkvloer dankzij het innovatief hr-beleid van verscheidene organisaties.
