J\u2019y suis bien dans ma prison dor\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mon beau salaire, ma belle BMW coup\u00e9e, mes vacances, mes s\u00e9minaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, mes autres avantages et en plus on me fout la paix au bureau, je g\u00e8re mes projets et tente de motiver mon \u00e9quipe \u2026 et pourtant\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Et pourtant, cette maudite petite voix int\u00e9rieure qui ne me l\u00e2chait pas. Vas-y\u00a0! Tu n\u2019aimes plus ce que tu fais\u00a0! Tu es en d\u00e9saccord avec ton management, tu ne crois pas en ton projet, tu ne t\u2019\u00e9panouis plus\u00a0!<br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>J\u2019avais beau lui dire de se la boucler, surtout quand j\u2019\u00e9tais au volant de ma BM, et pourtant elle trouvait toujours le moment pour me susurrer \u00e0 l\u2019oreille\u00a0:\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0Va, vis et deviens\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Et puis, un apr\u00e8s-midi de printemps, je me pr\u00e9pare pour mon \u00e9ni\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0one to one\u00a0\u00bb comme on dit dans le jargon corporate, et le couperet tombe. <em>\u00ab\u00a0On doit se s\u00e9parer de toi\u2026 Restructuration, manque de budget\u2026 La messe est dite\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pass\u00e9s le choc de l\u2019annonce et la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle li\u00e9e \u00e0 mon licenciement, la fameuse petite voix ne m\u2019a pas fait de cadeau. Au lieu de me dire\u00a0<em>: \u00ab\u00a0Bonne nouvelle, tu vas enfin pouvoir faire ce que tu veux maintenant que tu approches des 50 ans\u2026\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> non, elle me harc\u00e8le pour que je retrouve un job semblable \u00e0 celui que je viens de quitter et aussi vite que possible. Donc je cherche, je \u2018network\u2019, je fais comme si\u2026 Et pourtant je sais au plus profond de moi que je ne veux plus de cette, d\u00e9sormais, ancienne vie professionnelle\u00a0! Oui mais alors quoi\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Perso, \u00e7a m\u2019a pris du temps, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un coach. Ce cheminement est \u00e0 la fois plein d\u2019espoirs, de nouveaux projets et d\u2019autres moments d\u00e9primants au possible. <strong>Bienvenue dans les montagnes russes \u00e9motionnelles.<\/strong><br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accompagnement par un professionnel m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 salvateur afin de garder la t\u00eate hors de l\u2019eau ainsi que les mots bien choisis par mes proches qui me furent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s utiles dans les moments o\u00f9 le doute \u00e9tait \u00e0 son paroxysme.<br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Petit \u00e0 petit, <strong>je comprends le fameux SENS que je veux donner \u00e0 ma seconde partie de carri\u00e8re.<\/strong> Je veux plus d\u2019\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0humain\u00a0\u00bb, tout en mettant \u00e0 profit toute l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise durant ces 20 premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es professionnelles dans des grosses bo\u00eetes.<br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En multipliant les interviews dans des cabinets de recrutement, je me rends compte que j\u2019inverserais bien les r\u00f4les entre mon interlocuteur et moi.<br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019au jour o\u00f9, lors d\u2019une interview chez Generations Recruitment, je conclus l\u2019interview par <strong>\u00ab\u00a0En fait c\u2019est ton job que je veux faire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Et c\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment que j\u2019ai mis toute mon \u00e9nergie \u00e0 devenir ce recruteur que je suis depuis maintenant 3 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Travailler \u00e0 la fois avec des clients qui me mandatent pour leur trouver leur futur collaborateur.trice et rencontrer des talents motiv\u00e9s par le changement, l\u2019\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re me nourrit au quotidien.<br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ma satisfaction ultime se mat\u00e9rialise lorsque \u00ab\u00a0mon\u00a0\u00bb candidat et \u00ab\u00a0mon\u00a0\u00bb client scellent un accord de collaboration<strong>.<\/strong><br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Je ne rejette certainement pas ces 25 ans premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de carri\u00e8re qui furent passionnantes. Un licenciement ne vient jamais par hasard (il y a toujours une\/des raison.s). Il faut l\u2019accepter et surtout la prendre comme une opportunit\u00e9 pour se r\u00e9inventer si tel est votre souhait &#8211; et ce fut le mien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Il est parfois difficile de pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 sa petite voix int\u00e9rieure, mais rappelez-vous bien qu\u2019il n\u2019y a qu\u2019une personne qui soit aux commandes de votre vie\u00a0: VOUS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --> <!-- \/divi:paragraph --> <!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_sidebar area=\u00a0\u00bbsidebar-2&Prime;
